Cancelling payments
Premium access endsOnce your paid subscription has been cancelled, you will no longer have access to casting calls, auditions or the premium features of the magazine, including articles and training advice.
Applications are withdrawnAny auditions and casting calls you have already applied for will automatically be withdrawn once your paid period has expired.
Responses can take timeMany film producers take several weeks to respond, so keeping your full membership active gives you the best possible chance of being considered for a role.
Cancellation link
To receive your cancellation link, you must enter the same email address originally used when your payment was set up.
If a different email address is entered, the cancellation link may not arrive. Please note that your Fame Street account email and your payment email may not always be the same

Not receiving the cancellation linkCheck your spam or junk folder and try any other email addresses you may have used when subscribing.
Subscribed using PayPal?If the cancellation link is not working, you may have subscribed directly through PayPal. In that case, please check your PayPal account and manage the subscription there.
Still unable to cancel?Please contact support and include your full name plus any email addresses you may have used for payment.
