Title: Bite
Storyline: 'Bite' is a graduation short film set in the early two thousands, following Billy, a sharp minded teenager trying to hold his fragile home life together as his father sinks deeper into alcoholism volatility and social isolation.
Surrounded by gossiping neighbours, silent onlookers and older boys who give him a hard time, Billy sees more than any young person should while trying to protect the last shreds of family connection he still has.
This film offers a grounded character driven story about family dysfunction and the repeating patterns of trauma that echo through generations.
