Basic membership
If you wish to permantly delete your profile and stop recieving email from us then please complete the following steps:
1. Sign in to your profile then click 'Edit profile'. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the 'delete profile' link.
2. Return here then click here to stop receiving emails.
