Title: The Dark Room and Gabey
Storyline: Two compelling short films are being produced under the Intersections Media Opportunities training program.
The first, The Dark Room, is a suspenseful horror film about five strangers trapped together as a killer slowly picks them off one by one. Each character hides secrets while tension and fear grow with every death, culminating in a chilling revelation.
The second film, Gabey, is a dark comedy about a babysitter caring for what she believes is a baby, only to discover the child is actually a full-grown adult. As the story progresses, reality blurs, forcing the babysitter to question her sanity in a surreal and unsettling journey filled with eerie humour and psychological tension.
Both projects emphasize diversity and inclusivity, welcoming talent from all communities. These films offer aspiring actors the opportunity to work on meaningful, genre-rich projects while gaining experience, credits, and industry connections
