Storyline: Lydia drifts through Galway, terrified that a careless word might send the people she loves into meltdown. Each social moment spawns vivid day mares in which friends and strangers unravel, lash out or vanish, until the boundary between her anxious projections and everyday life thins to gossamer.
Her best friend Evie tries playful mischief to shake Lydia loose, a first date with eccentric Benji spirals into catastrophic fantasies, and an encounter with her short tempered ex Owen reopens wounds she can barely name.
Over a week of awkward coffees, dream sequence breakdowns and heartfelt confessions, Lydia must decide whether to keep retreating inward or risk honest connection and discover that hurting others is not the certainty she dreads.
