Title: 7 Minutes
Storyline: This is a short film based on the study that your brain lives for 7 minutes after your heart stops. It will explore the last minutes of a young woman’s consciousness and the journey through the memories of her life.
Set in a surreal space between life and death, the film explores memory, identity, and acceptance through a poetic and emotionally driven lens. The main character, Alma, revisits key moments from her life in a dreamlike void.
She is guided by a mysterious Woman in White who helps her navigate through love, loss and nostalgia.
As Alma begins to interfere with her memories, desperate to rewrite regrets, her memories fracture and time loops distort her past.
Eventually, Alma reaches acceptance, finding peace in understanding that she was never broken, only imperfectly human.
This is a powerful opportunity to be part of a moving, visually creative project exploring memory and identity through surreal and emotional storytelling
