Title: The Edge
Storyline: The Edge is a 10 to 12 minute short film inspired by 'Picnic at Hanging Rock' and 'The Virgin Suicides'.
Set in a strict all-girls astronomy school, the story follows Dione, a quiet and disciplined student whose orderly world begins to unravel when Granger, a mysterious new arrival, arrives just before a blood moon eclipse.
As strange events unfold, Dione is drawn into something both sinister and dreamlike. Meanwhile, the school’s teacher struggles to enforce the strict rules as the sense of control slowly dissolves.
The film explores themes of mystery, psychological tension and adolescence against a surreal backdrop
