'Inarretable' is a student short film created for the TousHanscene competition, highlighting resilience and accessibility challenges faced by wheelchair users.
Bob, the protagonist, is paraplegic and arrives for a job interview, only to find the building's elevator out of service.
Refusing to give up, he enlists the help of two strangers who carry him up the stairs. Through humour and determination, Bob navigates the situation, using laughter to break barriers and spark conversation about the struggles faced by people with disabilities in the workforce.
As a student project, the roles are unpaid, but it’s an excellent way to gain experience and contribute to an important cause.
No prior acting experience is required, but a commitment to filming with a good attitude is essential.
