The Widow or Widower. Recently lost their spouse. Quiet, soulful, and a bit lost, but with hidden warmth. Finds unexpected comfort in the small, silly moments at the laundromat

The Teen. Rebellious but vulnerable. Uses humor and sarcasm as armor. At the laundromat on a punishment errand from home, they stumble into unlikely wisdom from the others
