Storyline: After the passing of Jayda’s estranged grandmother, Jayda grapples with regret and grief over a relationship that is too late to mend.
Inheriting her grandmother’s house and the many belongings hoarded inside, she begins sorting through a lifetime of memories while emotions simmer beneath the surface.
The process complicates her dynamic with her boyfriend Matt, who wants to help but struggles to support an emotionally guarded partner.
As Jayda bottles up her frustrations with herself and her grandmother, they spill out as irritability toward Matt. With no family left to lean on, she relies on fierce independence while Matt, a gentle overthinker, tries to be present without pushing her away.
Their love is tested by the hard work of organizing a home and the harder work of processing grief and regret
