In this 3-minute short film for a Master of Fine Arts course, a headstrong yet vulnerable Maori grandmother, Ripeka, struggles with the challenges of aging while losing her footing, and her grandson, Isaiah, is forced to grow up too fast.
As their paths intertwine, the film explores family bonds, cultural identity, and the bittersweet nature of memory through tender, heartfelt moments and personal discovery.
