Storyline: Years after a superflu has taken most of humankind off the map, a man lives in the hangar of an abandoned airport with his dog. He spends his days flying the perimeter in his Cessna, scanning for intruders and mourning what he’s lost, his wife, and the nearly extinct trout he loved to fish.

When a distant radio transmission suggests there’s something better out there, he sets out and discovers the world is both better and worse than he imagined.
