Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Use, constitute the agreement between us and you (which we will refer to as the "Agreement").

The term “we’” shall refer to the online internet publication www.famestreet.com and Fame Street Ltd. (A UK Company registered at Companies House No. 05253480.)

The term “you” shall mean any individual, corporation or organization using the services provided by the online internet publication www.famestreeet.com

1. Cancelling your membership: If you wish to cancel your membership, you will need to log into your PayPal account to cancel payments as the 'cancel' button on the website only relates to cancellation of your online profile. If you did not join by PayPal then login to your WorldPay account (details emailed to all Gold members) and click 'cancel payments'. FameStreet is not responsible for cancelling subscriptions.

 
2. We are not an Employment Agency, meaning we will never negotiate or enter into any contract on behalf of “you” or anyone else.

 
3. We will never receive or request funds from anyone on behalf of “you” or anyone else. Should any funds be sent to us on behalf of “you”, whether by accident or design, they will be returned to the sender without delay.

 
4. We will never request or accept, other than subscription to the 'paid for' area of www.famestreet.com any fees or commissions of whatever nature from “you”.

5. You acknowledge that Fame Street is a subscription service and payments will continue until you cancel your PayPal or debit card payments.

 
6. We do not check the authenticity of advertisements appearing in www.famestreet.com  It is for members to check the authenticity of any advertisement so listed. You will inform us if you encounter any advertisement that does not appear genuine.

 
7. You will inform us if any advertiser requests an upfront fee, of whatever nature. You understand that paying any advertiser any 'upfront' fee, for whatever reason, is at your own peril.

 
8. The site and / or the products may contain advertising material and / or promotions of third parties and links to the websites of third parties (Advertising). Such third parties are solely responsible for the content of such advertising and for the information, products and services on their websites. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no responsibility for the advertising, information, products or services of third parties, including, without limitation, any error, omission or inaccuracy.
 
10. Some advertising may not be relevant to you. You may not be eligible for some competitions, special offers, products or promotions. Some Advertising may be governed by special terms and where this is the case, you are advised to read these carefully as such special terms will take precedence over any conflicting terms in this Agreement.
 
11. Fame Street Ltd reserves the right to remove someone's profile without explanation if they have posted offensive, racist, illegal or untrue material within their profile.

 
12. You shall be permitted to upload and manage your own profile. Profiles shall be of a personal nature and not contain material that could be used for trade or political purposes.

 
13. Fame Street Ltd will not pass your details onto any 3rd parties. Fame Street will use your email address to send you periodical email updates regarding ours and any associated Companies, details of new opportunities, news, reviews and other genres. 14. When applying for an opportunity, “you” agree that the information you have provided will be sent to the corresponding advertiser that is offering the opportunity and never to “us”.

 
15. Any material sent to “us” in respect of advertisements appearing in www.famestreet.com will be returned to the sender immediately.

 
16. You understand that sometimes an opportunity provider will end the opportunity without pre warning us and that opportunity could still be published on the website until removal.

 
17. You understand and accept that if “you” choose to cancel your subscription membership then access to “paid for” facilities of www.famestreet.com will cease as soon as your payment term has ended

 
18. The Products, the Site, and the terms of this Agreement are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
